PROJECT SUMMARY
This project is built in the agricultural farmlands and required over $300,000 of site preparation and civil works in order to get to the foundation ready stage.
The home was designed with the thought of "low maintenance" in mind. We selected finishes that would not require any upkeep from the natural stone and stucco exterior completed with aluminium "wood look" siding.
On the interior, the flooring selection is great for wear and tear that is also water resistant.
This site had particularly challenging requirements that required heavy geotechnical, environmental and structural considerations to ensure a solid foundation that would hold off the test to time.
In the end, our client wanted to have a show piece home that would impress as well as still have the functionality required for their family needs.
